welcome to Year of the Pig Studio!

a brief run down because i know you want to know all about me:

I was born in Germany and moved to Seattle when I was just four years old. I have been making and taking pictures for as long as I can remember. After high school, I moved to New York City to attend Parsons: The New School for Design, graduating in the spring of 2007 with a BFA in Illustration, and moved to San Francisco in the beginning of October, 2010.

I moved back to Seattle upon graduation and was fortunate enough to land a job at a local T-shirt Company in Seattle, WA in August of 2007. I worked there doing everything from design to location photography to customer service until August of 2009, when I decided to pursue my own dreams of becoming a freelance artist.

I am a designer, illustrator, painter, and photographer :: and I’m all yours.

Thanks for your help finding pens the other morning. I’d forgotten about Le Pen, forgotten how much I liked them. Thanks for the Darger mention—I always like to see things I haven’t seen before. And now I even know your name.

    all best,

    Roderick
